ACG displays B Max and Navstar
ACG takes this opportunity to display B Max and Navstar machines at stall West-780. B Max is a flat forming flat sealing blister packing machine. It comes with 21 CFR Part xi compliant hardware and software as a standard selection and is an inspect-friendly machine with land-of-the-art control systems. The cicatrice attains a cavity depth of 12 mm due to compressed air flat forming technology. Pinhole detection, camera review, product recovery, Cathay, over printing, embossing and perforation are optional choices that enhances the flexibility and capability of the auto. The servo-based engineering enables precision, speed, power, and position time control, reducing changeover time to an average of 45 minutes. Edge-to-edge cutting of blisters minimizes the loss of packaging material.
Navstar is a section of rails and trace system which provides serialization solution for bottles. It performs 360° inspection of the bottles and eliminates the need for continuous communication between server and customer system. Information technology supports the rejection verification feature and covers a few other features to speed the processing time. ACG volition be part of Pack Expo and they seem eager to discuss their latest technology with the visitors.
